Place of Origin, Kemnay
- Place of Origin is a ‘landscape as art’ project. Work commenced in 1996 and was completed in 2006, when it was officially opened by HRH The Duke of Kent on 30th October 2006.
Fetternear House
- Fetternear House (also known as Fetternear Palace or the Bishop’s Palace) is a large, medieval ruin found in countryside just west of Kemnay, Aberdeenshire.

- This is one of the best-preserved examples of a recumbent stone circle and one of the few that still have their full complement of stones, and the only one that has all its stones still standing without having been re-erected
